Local Tour Permit
Local tour permits are required for all activities that take place somewhere other than
our regular meeting place, but less than 500 miles away. This
for should be faxed to the Heart of Virginia Council service center
at 353-6109 -- two weeks in advance of the outing.

National Tour Permit
The national tour permit is required for all activities that take place more than 500 miles
one-way from Richmond. Follow the same process for submittal
as with the local permit -- outlined above.
